Who you're dealing with

ai-skills.space is operated by INNOVATR GROUP LIMITED ("ai-skills", "we", "us"). By using this site or buying a Power Up, you're entering into an agreement with INNOVATR GROUP LIMITED and you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

What we sell

Power Ups are downloadable digital files — prompt structures, instructions and supporting documents designed to be used as Skills inside AI tools such as Claude. They're delivered as ZIP files by email as time-limited download links. You must be of legal age to contract, and if you're buying for an organisation you confirm you have authority to do so.

Your licence

You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use each Power Up you buy for your own work — commercial or personal — on as many of your own projects as you like. Purchases include lifetime updates to that Power Up.

What you may not do

• →Redistribute, share, resell, sublicense, publish or give away a Power Up or any of its files, in whole or in part.
• →Repackage, rebrand or bundle it into another product, skill pack, template or service for other people.
• →Use its structure, wording or know-how to build, train or seed a competing product, skill library or service.
• →Remove or alter the licence or attribution contained in the files.
• →Use the site or files unlawfully, fraudulently, for spam, or to infringe anyone's intellectual property.
• →Interfere with the security or operation of the site — no malware, probing, scraping or circumventing technical limits.

Intellectual property

The site, the Power Ups, their structure, wording and method, and all ai-skills branding remain the intellectual property of INNOVATR GROUP LIMITED. You own whatever you create using a Power Up; you don't own the Power Up itself.

Payment and order process

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax and cancellation mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Refunds are covered by our 14-day money-back guarantee — see the Refunds tab.

Accuracy and outputs

Power Ups are tools used with third-party AI systems. Outputs depend on the model you use and the inputs you provide, may be inaccurate, and should be reviewed by you before use — particularly for anything regulated or professional. You're responsible for your own prompts, for how you use outputs, and for having the rights to any content you feed in.

Availability

We aim to keep the site and downloads available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all implied warranties — including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose — are disclaimed.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access to the site and your licence for material breach of these terms, non-payment or a reversed payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. Your licence also ends automatically if it's breached.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. You may not assign your rights without our consent; we may assign ours in connection with a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control.
